Wendy is a phenomenal agent! We had little time to find a place since we are from the U.S.A. She was highly recommended by another American family and thus our adventure began! We were not able to visit Ottawa prior to our move. When it came time to "look" at our favorite picks, Wendy visited each home, took tons of pictures, and even Skyped so we could view our top choices! We trusted her to weed out the less desirable homes and in the end, she found us the perfect place for our family of five! As foreigners, we didn’t know what to expect. To say Wendy made the process very easy is an understatement. But she didn’t stop there. She continued to stay in touch throughout our three-year stay in Ottawa and was always available to answer any questions arose. When it came time to move back to the States, Wendy gave us advice and was ready to assist us if we ran into issues with our landlord. We can’t recommend her enough and you will be more than satisfied with Wendy!

We’ve known Wendy for many years, and there is no one else we would’ve entrusted to the sale of our home. She is extremely thorough in her research so when we put our townhouse up for sale it sold within days at the asking price! We could not have asked for a better experience overall. As with the previous sale, she was very communicative and clear at each and every step of the purchasing process so we never felt overwhelmed or unclear. It was a joy from start to finish!

Wendy goes the extra mile. I found her to be very diligent and persistent in her efforts to not only sell my property, but represent me on several occasions in multiple offer situations. She was persuasive and very, very patient. She showed great professionalism dealing with difficult vendors. Wendy was creative in her approach, provided excellent advice and got the job done.
